Anyone suggest someone that fixes the collars it had been dropped and don't work properly

contact deben they might fix it free of charge if its not that old

I rang Deben about a collar not turning off and I sent it back and they are going to fix it or replace it free of charge if it cannot be fixed, its under a year old so it still covered. How old is yours? Are you sure you dropped it? have you got the proof of purchase?

 

Anyways for the price of them it should be able to take a knock and not brake.

I got it off ebay mate brand new but there was no warranty in 5 he packaging I was out and it fell out of my hand onto the ground first time taking it out and never worked from it

As you said for the price of them they should be up for getting knocked around

If it was brand new from ebay, as long as you have a dated proof of purchase from the ebay seller then I think Deben would honour the 12 month guarantee, presuming this was an Ebay shop. Print off your ebay invoice to send it back to Deben with all the packaging.
