Recently had my first claim which they paid without quibble, though they were rather slow about it (though to be fair I suppose it could have been my vets who dragged their feet - I fiil in the first part of the form then take to vets who fill in the remainder then forward on to the insurance company) Quote Link to post

Not the end of the world if it's a relatively small vet bill but if it's something major you don't want to have to be stumping up a few grand and then reclaim it. Quote Link to post
