cymruguy69 5
Iv'e had a Lazerlight for well over a year now and havn't had no problems untill recenlty where Iv'e had to rewire it over 4 times. My mate has a lightforce and swears by it Iv'e been out with it and noticed how good it is! Iv'e decided to get a new lamp but want to know what you guys think should I get the Blazerlight or the Lightforce Striker? And Also isit worth getting the variable power if I get the Striker? If you don't mind people Could you put your choice on a poll for me big thanks Quote Link to post
Guest Frank
Voted Blazerlight for its reliableness, lightforce wiring totally shit!!!!! Quote Link to post
spudlington 3
Got myself a Lightforce Striker variable a few weeks back and well pleased with it. Would say it's worth going variable alright. The full power is useful but you don't need it a lot of the time and save battery by turning it down a little. Obviously only had it a few weeks so can't comment re dodgey wiring but I did hear that they've improved the wiring over the last year or two. Quote Link to post
Guest Frank
I got my Lightforce last year, i have had to rewire it straight on to the battary, as the fuses all blew on it and just at the right time aswell. The wires in the handle, ect are not the best ither, very slopy work altogether in my experince and opinion. They have a top beam, but once my light force is fecked, im going Clulite. cymruguy69 5
With my clulite the wiring lamp end is excellent but the cigar plug end its terrible. I might wire it directly onto the battery it might work should save me a few pennies to Not ideal though and am intrested in prehaps getting a new one so keep those votes coming! Thanks for all the votes so far. Quote Link to post
BULLXGREYHOUND 0
dont want to go off the topic but my mate has used the same lamp for around 7 seasons now and it cost him £10 its a motorbike battery off an old cb500 wired to a car foglight off an old mk 4 escort cheap and chearful and it does the job Quote Link to post
spudlington 3
Chopped the cigar plug off as soon as i got it and connect it straight to a 7A battery Quote Link to post

Clulite all the way, had mine over 10 yrs and its done some graft and never had a prob beyond changng bulbs and once the battery but that was my fault Mine dosent have the ciggy socket but a jack plug like on a mcrophone - works a treat Quote Link to post
Guest ripstop
i'v had the lazerlight for 3 years now and its still spot on STIKER ALL THE WAY FOR ME CLULITES ON OFF SWITCHES ARE IN THE WRONG PLACE AND THE CONNECTION KEEPS COMING OUT THE BATTERY. BLAZERLITES ARE A BETTER BEAM TO LAZERS BUT STRIKER STILL ALL THE WAY FOR ME Quote Link to post
Guest world.hunters
Striker for me. agreed that the wireing isnt as reliable as clulite (although with mine i havent had a problem) and the clulite feels bomb proof, but the beam on the striker is far superior. w.h Quote Link to post
Guest little_lloyd
I have a Clulite clubman deluxe Quote Link to post
tote 856
Lazerlight with the flip up filter for me. I also had grief with the cigar plug so done away with it. Quote Link to post
