.338winmag 78 Posted December 7, 2014 Report Share Posted December 7, 2014 Most of the old carbon steel butcher knives are good an if yah find some thing thats a bit big for what yah need you can cut em down an even reprofile the blade entirely if yah want can't beat an good old carbon ssteel butcher knife imo.an often you can find em real reasonable cost .
