Moorside 642
Its only ever cost me money.....and in all honesty its worth every penny. Definitely a better way of wasting money than hanging around a bunch of wankers round the golf club. 5 Quote Link to post

FERRETBOY 680
wish I could make a living from hunting so I could spend 8 hours a day working my dogs and living of the land. Maybe one day but not bred from a dog either and only would to try and produce something worth keeping. Edited December 5, 2014 by REW Quote Link to post

Dewclaw69 484
if i went down the pub and asked this question i'm sure one of the regulars would say that they wouldn't expect many dog peddlers to be admitting they're in it for the money. Quote Link to post

leegreen 2,210
Surely no one makes money out of working dogs, especially Lurchers. The only way to make decent dough is gambling. Although most bods with Lurchers are relatively skint. 1 Quote Link to post

morton 5,368
Anybody that can turn a dollar from utilising their charges in a working environment im in envy of,anybody that can turn a dollar from the production of pups, fair play to them.Id have liked the opportunity to get paid for my hunting lifestyle id be far less inclined to seek financial reward from working dog production, quantity over quality would then be an essential part of the process, the reality some care little about. Each to their own and the people that keep them in pocket,i know what a litter costs to bring on,the majority of folk will always be left out of pocket from such enterprise. 2 Quote Link to post
