FERRETBOY 680
I thought only a deerhound could catch them. I had a fox with my 8month old pup today helped along by her tutor FLY. Just to add I don't go for foxes but they got this one in the dark at 6 this morning. Quote Link to post

trenchfoot 4,243
I do like to start my pups young but even I was shocked today whilst on a walk ... My 8 week old pup was trotting along in front of me when she lifted her head sniffed the air and was off ... She was crashing through cover like a demon and after a short but hectic course she had her quarry and by the time I got to her she had killed it ... A good start to the youngsters career .... I didn't have a camera or my phone on me so I had to re construct the event when I got home ....... As you can see she has sussed the correct hold ...... A born killer ....... Should have got a collie x. she waited till she was 10 weeks before she self entered, but had the brains to hog tie it and carry it home 3 Quote Link to post
