Bollocks to that i couldnt do it.......cant you just move an ugly bird in ?

I spend all day on my own just me and the dogs and I love it ... I've always enjoyed my own company and don't feel the need for endless chatter all day .........

Thats the only reason i end up on here talking bollocks late at night because ive run out of people to have endless chatter with

Always lived on my own since leaving the family home, my girlfriend of 5 years lives just down the street we see plenty of eachother but I can't imagine being under eachothers feet all day, would drive me insane. Much happier just me and my dogs

My problem is me and my bird lived together for 2years didn't get on to well and she told me to get out .so I found a little flat and moved in ,then 3 months later we got back together and she moved into a house 12 mile away and wanted me to move back in with her ,and I said wat happens if u kick me out again I got nowhere to go,i can't take that chance and it's putting a lot of strain on our relationship

I have lived alone for about 4 years & I love it , couldn't share my home with anyone else full time .. its nice to have the odd visit from family etc but even then I start to get restless when I think they should go home..

Looking forwards to 11 days off work & spending 99% of that time on my own out with my camera mooching about will be the best part of Christmas

Lived alone on an off all my adult life up to 7 years ago. Never bothered me, really enjoyed it for the most part and can open up a world of opportunity if you have a bit of sommat about you.

You just need to cut your cloth accordingly.

suppose living on your own, better than living with somebody you cant get on with , and that left on the shelf thing, got a lot to answer for. you only passé this way once , try to be happy even if it means your own company . But if you meet somebody you get on with great

I've lived on my own acouple of times.......must admit I like my own company. I'm not realy a people person unless it's my kids and close family ,,,,caring be doing with most of my other halfs family.....are family's Are just to diffrent....I once lived with just me and my son when he was a baby and loved it...no women mithering about moving my shoes,or a plate ,or not ironing my trousers the usual shit they moan about....loved that time with me and my son living on are own, however I couldn't imagin living with out my son and daughter now.............diffrent story with the wife tho..I'd swap her for a decent drum of single malt
