Land .......

Risk of fire .....id like to know how a fire starts in multi million pound super hi tec vaults......that is such a silly article theres risk in any investment but theres reasons way beyond standard e

All the green belt around here is owned by the city council or the big boys like Barratt and Bellway. You'd need to be a billionaire to buy any.

I have property here in blighty makes much more than I do every year just sat doing nothing, but ive always fancied buying in areas that are much cheaper like places in wales get some right bargains for the money but often wondered about these abroad places always fancied france but its hard knowing the property/land laws for when the time comes to sell on

There was a fishing dock processing plant on the outer hebrides bet that was cheap for its size and use put it in another location bet it would be worth double http://www.findafishingboat.com/marine-services539dc9fd-7370-4c92-b54f-59f2d4718212_med

Sad ain't it :/ woman 2 doors along from me bred her bitch back to back then gave the dog to her sister who will probably breed it and got herself another bitch. Guess it just comes down to your morals.

Seems bloody easy though but I'm guessing it can't all be a walk in the park. That homes under the hammer just installs into me even more so that you need money to make money.

There is always money to be made from property. Buying low, selling high and doing improvements on a tight budget is the secret. Not that much money is needed to get into property. Houses in Burnley or Tyneside can be bought for as little as £20k. That is only 1 year of saving at £400 a week. Once bought these can be let out and used to generate funds for the next one.

Iv always wanted to invest in a fisheries after going to loads over the years and seeing how many people are willing to pay between £5-£10 per rod/peg ... Theres one right near me and theres not a day in the week when its not got a carpark full

Shame iv not got the cash to do so but everyone should have a goal in life or even a pipe dream

I think I remember from a previous thread that you invest in wine gnasher, is it worth it?

I invest in all sorts of shit mate........human beings included :D .......yes the wines a decent little return, like anything else the more you plough in the more your likely to see back with a bit of patience.... i just like the fact you can sit back forget about it and let others do the brainwork......you,ll see a lot more than you will off the interest of your average savings account put it that way ;)

Find the right human being to invest in and the rewards will be beyond anything else I can think of. Finding the right person is extremely difficult though.

Suppose it depends how good looking the Romanian bird is and how many punters she brings in lol.

Jokes aside surely you'd need more than 20k for property? Would have thought least 3/4 times that amount.
