skinner 348 Posted December 1, 2014 Author Report Share Posted December 1, 2014 thanks for al the replys yes it does seem to be doing it all the time, my step son cleaned them out yesterday then took them out , when he got to the first holes he said it was doing it at the entrance so he put it back in box, think it might be a vet job Quote Link to post

A young ferret will do that in a barrow sort of scent marking it where as a older ferret seems to just give its self a shake and enter the hole . theres no a rash on the under side of the ferret you havent changed the bedding ?.
