Download i tunes from the site on your computer then plug your i pod in and i tunes should connect to it and ask u if u want to syncronise click yes . mind there isnt much point if you havnt got any songs downloaded onto your computer =@ when it asked you to eject before u unplug there should be a little icon on your toolbar that you click on that tells u when its safe to unplug your i pod from your computer hope this helps though i recon you will just be more confused . :icon_eek:

once you downlaod itunes and everything is working and you have your list of music on the board that you want to put on your ipod left click on the mouse when you have selceted the songs you want then click on add to playlist

i had that problem nice ipod but no instructions first night it took me 6 hours to get anything on then the next nite when i pluged it in i managed to wipe 8hours worth of music of but think i have it sorted now

Get iTunes downloaded first and add the music you want to it. Everything you want on your iPod should be ticked in the library menu in iTunes.

When you connect the iPod to the usb iTunes should start automatically and sync the iPod. To eject you need to either eject it when it finishes transferring music or you can go to the menu on the left of the page where it shows your iPod is connected, click on that menu (it'll say ****'s iPod, depending on what your pc is named) and it'll give you the option to eject the device, looks like the eject button on a dvd player.

Hope that helps a little, took me an hour or so of messing about and threatening to throw the bloody thing out of the window to get mine worked out!
