gtfreight 7
I'm new on here so I hope I'm not ruffling any feathers with my thoughts. The trigger is in my opinion a lot better on the HW100 (you can buy spring washer for pennies to improve the AA trigger) and it does feel like it has been well engineered. The loading system is better on the Weirhauch with it having a metal magazine and a system to stop you double loading it. Having said that, my daughter's S510 shoots just as accurately as my HW100 and even though it's not regulated the power curve is very small. The 510 has shrouded barrel which also acts as a silencer, keeping the length down and there is a thread to add a silencer on the end of the barrel to really hush it up. The 510 is also very easy to service yourself (the majority of spares are cheaper too). Both have dedicated forums where advice is readily available. I also think the AA looks nicer but that's just a cosmetic thing and down to personal taste. I think the price difference is about right between the 2 rifles and find both guns to be excellent, with each having their own advantages. 1 Quote Link to post
