whipbed 42
out with my mate yesterday and got a squirel each . i was using my usual set up of double tbg and 11mm lead , bit he was only using 1842 dankung looped tubes and 9.5mm sleel .[ his shot was more accurate]his set up is a lot easier to draw and hence more accurate , or that,s my excuse cos he,s probably just a better shot than me. lol i was impressed that his set up did the job as i have to admit that i wouldn,t have thought it would. just goes to show you .
gnipper 6,435
M 8 hex nuts, 1.78 at toolstation. I've not had a look at our wilkinsons yet but I'm sure they never used to have a pick and mix section? Our wilkos did do them, none left now though?

Neal 1,861
My wilko has two sizes, is it the larger or smaller? I've tried both and find the smaller ones more accurate for target practice but thought I'd check.
Chuck Rock 18
Most people go for the smaller size which is M-8. The larger are M10 I believe. Edited January 4, 2015 by Chuck Rock
gnipper 6,435
Our wilko had a few sizes and loads of other stuff which twats had mixed up all over the place so I had to stand ages trying to get my hand in these little boxes picking m 8s out from all the other boxes and emptied the m 8 box too, I grabbed some smaller ones to try and I think they are m6? I wonder if they are selling more m 8 than anything else now?
youcanthide...BANG 1,051
Most people go for the smaller size which is M-8. The larger are M10 I believe. No the larger ones are M 8 now and the smaller M6

Neal 1,861
Now I'm even more confused! Does the number refer to a particular measurement e.g. width?
gnipper 6,435
I think the m stands for ml Neal. M 8 are ideal, m10 are too big imo.
