Poaching Letter

I revived a letter in the mail today saying that my car has been spotted and they think I am associated with some sort of crime or poaching, the date and time are spot on and yes I was at said location but have they forgot its a public footpath that used to be train lines and there is a public car park where you can park like I did.

This footpath gets walked by a lot of people with dogs daily but because I had two lurchers with me and a terrier with me I'm suspected of poaching or committing crime.

Carnt even walk my dogs without getting accused of shit ??

true as long its a public footpath and your dogs on lead or under control on the footpath ,they carnt say feck all to you. where I lived before the amount of times ive had farmers or keepers following me in there motors in the fields to the bridle paths that I am walking with my dogs is loads of times. I think if you walked a rottie or even a pit , don't think they bother you , it because you dogs that are lurchers, or running type dogs, but ive fooked them up now, because Buck my 1x Alsatian x grey looks just like big type guard dog lol. that's ok because if they seen him run or what he could pull down they shit there selves lol, mind you them twats prob shoot him. keep on the footpath mate play safe

Write a polite letter back Stating that in order to be engaged in poaching you would need to be trespassing on private land engaged in chasing game .As your vehicle was in a designated public car park and walking on a designated public footpath you were exercising your dogs as per your right, the breed has no bearing, also as your dogs are not a banned breed then you are not in breach of any law or bye law. Also as for being possibly engaged in criminal activity again this is an assumption they have no right to make such an assumption and these allegations encroach on your civil liberties. Suggest that you will over look the false allegations on this occasion and should they foolishly attempt it again you will take the matter to the appropriate forum. Failing all else tell them to f**k off and stop wasting tax payers money.

This is shocking and total discrimination. Political correctness and morales in this country have gone mad. What's pissing me off is the most at the moment is weekly attacks on humans and dog sometimes fatal by banned breeds. Almost every where local to me now, not that I take my dogs anywhere public as there are hoards of Pitbulls and other crosses of these breeds. Many people I know take there dogs in the car afar to excercise them. Nothing is being done about this situation, yet a guy walking 2 lurchers and a terrier receives a letter implying he is involved in poaching. Are owners of Pitbulls and other banned breeds getting letters implying they are involved in Dog Fighting. I think NOT. If I had a time machine I'd pop myself back to Aidensfield, good old Heartbeat country and lead the life of Peggy Armstrong, living off the land.

I walk this same walk 4-5 times s week and have done for couple year, they must have used my reg to get a name and address.

i am going to email them and explain that they have no right to assume without proof and to make sure my car has not been marked as the last thing I want is getting pulled all the time.

 

If I was to walk any other breed no one would take a second look. (Guilty until you can prove your own innocents). It's a load of bollox and I will set it straight
