Trying To Start A Syndicate

Any advice on how and what is involved in starting a syndicate? we are a gang of elverman who have fished the severn for elvers for the last 30 years, our local bailiff has told me we need to get a syndicate drawn up by a solicitor as it would be a allot easyer for the bailiffs to help us control if other gangs turn up.

As you no it can get very heated on the banks at times so we need to get this sorted, i have a solicitor who will do the permits ect so i just need a few ideas and mabe someone who has had this type of thing drawn up before.

do you not need to get something in righting off the EA. to cover you.

we get a licenses from the river agencies but thats only to allow us to fish for elvers, the river banks are different mate
