Anyone Able To Help Id These Two Rifles?

Anyone have any ideas what either of these two rifles may be? And if so any ideas on guideline price? Condition isn't the best, they've been located at the back of a garage but both appear to be mechnicaly sound (Although I assume any seals will need doing). Rust appears to be surface only and the wood could do with some loving care. I think the top one may be a BSA Airsporter (Mk VI?) but the bottom one (and considerably older one) I have no idea on, the only mark on it appears to say 'made in Hungary' but that's barely readable.

 

Wondering whether it's worth trying to get them restored and sold, restored and kept or just plain sold as is!

 

All pointers much appreciated, neither has been taken apart as they don't belong to me, I've just been sked to see what i can find out.

top one airsporter bottom looks like a relum to me, have you had it out of the stock?
