Bipod Advice

Recommended Posts

  • 2 weeks later...

I've just got myself a cz 452 varmit 22 and I just wanted a bit of advice as far a bipods go. Any suggestionson a good one to get?

Thanks Jarvis

Harris if you can stretch to them, always a resale value in them as well.

I have the 9-13, and the 12-25, both Swivel, they both have their uses, the lower is not much use when the crops/grass is a bit long, and the taller is bigger/heavier of course, but I would not be without either.

The 12-25 is useful and just about usable prone or sitting, some find the 13.5-27 better for sitting, but then again it tends to be too tall for prone!

If you are talking field work then go for the Swivel version every time, if it is ONLY range work then fixed is fine and even consider the 6-9 version.
