Terrier Sam 297
I bet they'd be bloody good bushing dogs and ferreting dogs! Depends what you're after mate. If you're after a bushing or ferreting with a bit of speed then go for it! However, my experience is that if you bush out to a gun, quick dogs are a pain in the arse for running in and getting too close to the quarry this meaning that you can't get a shot off. Think about what you want, go for it and don't look back! ATB Sam Quote Link to post

slip-em 1
My pals got a cocker x jack Russell and its an absolute flyer. Ive never known anything like it. If someone was to ask me about the x id of looked at them with some serious suspicion and asked them if they was joking?? After seeing it graft I reckon it would take some beating. The dog never stops, its got to to be the best bushing dog ive seen and ive seen a few.Its nose is permantly down and either flushes or grabs what the other dogs have missed. It goes to ground and is hard as nails.... Quote Link to post
