Can't knock a man for wanting to get ahead and grafting, fair play to you sunshine.All I will say is, look at the whole picture, if your going to put that much effort into being all paid up at 50 don't forget they have dreamed up all sorts of schemes to keep you paying.Not least they will nick your house off your kids if you need to go in an old folks home or something.......those c**ts never stop taking so keep sight of exactly who you are working for.

If you are on 4 on 4 off, then agency HGV driving during 2 of your off days would help put a decent amount in the bank. As long as you stick to drivers hours legislation, you can put together a limited company and put the money through that to help reduce the tax burden. Get a good accountant and make sure that it is all legal and you are away.
