It's a f***ing outrageous tax rate imo. But you still have to have a fair idea for a 'second income' to make it worth spending your extra time doing that than doing overtime at 40% tax. TC over £42,000 before you hit 40% its actualy only 31000 now we enquired about it it changed at the start of the this tax year.
