Bluestaff 11 Posted November 12, 2014 Report Share Posted November 12, 2014 I have only ever had permission my word and as permission is hard to get and keep Hold of due to the demand i am going to type a covering letter out tonight , can anyone give any pointers on what to include in this letter ? krawnden 1,036 Posted November 12, 2014 Report Share Posted November 12, 2014 So long as it states the location covered and the activity permitted (ie 'rabbit control with ferrets, nets and dog' or 'rabbit and crow shooting' etc etc) and is signed and dated by landowner or owner of the sporting rights you should be ok. Oh, and obviously it also needs to say that YOU are the person it covers. Quote Link to post

Nick3439 83 Posted November 15, 2014 Report Share Posted November 15, 2014 I work a few golf courses, and get them to email me what they want. I use that as 'proof' if needed. Then start of each season I fire them a quick email asking if they want me to continue; they reply with a yes and I keep that too. This is on top of the traditional verbal stuff; but with iPhones accessing emails it means I can access all my permissions if needed anywhere. Quote Link to post
