River caught Pike

During the summer we paid a visit to one of our many rivers that hold some very large Pike.

 

Anyway I maganged to catch six fish that day, and guess what this is not the bissest, I was to far up river when I caught the biggest, no camara.

 

This one weighted in at 15 pound.

nice fish, havnt done much river fishing for pike.....come to think of it i dont know any rivers near me that hold pike !

Lock Lomond is the place to fish for large Pike, is it still fishing well do you know??

not sure how its fishing right now but a mate had one a few months back at 32lb

Hey JS that photo was taken twenty years ago, should see the state of me now

 

The kids wont starve, they might end up on crime line, but they wont starve

 

I am heading back to that venue next week, plenty of day time rabbits aswell to be had of the land.
