gnasher16 30,470
I always feel torn on remembrance day, very very humbled by the sacrifices made by my family and so many others from around the world, and angry beyond words at how our leaders have just brushed it aside and given what they died for away. Ill never forget. RIP. Couldnt agree more i find the hypocrisy of the whole remembrance thing a little bit sickening to be honest.

Same here Gnasher, i watched it and observed the silence, but the whole thing winds me up when i see what's happening to the country. I knew a lot of WW2 veterans well, men who parachuted into Arnheim, stormed the Normandy beaches and some who survived being Jap prisoners, gone now, but i now they wouldn't be happy if they could see what's happening, its a disgrace.
