If you don't know then get it diagnosed properly. "Little sores" could be caused by lots of other things, like mange etc. and people on here can't tell what it is without seeing it.Ringworm treatments might be wrong and a waste of money.

Get it sorted properly before the baby catches it.

Selsun shampoo. wash leave on for a few mins then rinse, repeat couple of days later as required, or rub into small areas. Wash on hot wash any bedding you want to keep or soak in hot water with the shampoo. Best if caught early when rubbing some neat into a small patch a couple of times will usualy sort it.

I'm worrying now , I thought it would just clear up like a normal worm , I didn't realise it gets into kennels etc !!! To the vet tomoz !! See what makes me think it may not be is that my spaniels had these mark/sores for a wile and I thought it was where she just lays outside !! I've had no signs symptoms and I'm forever round the dogs picking scabs etc

Ring worm is not a worm its a fungal skin problem. You need to attack the fugus and stop the spread of the spores. Wash everything down with strong bleach. You can dab undiluted bleach on the fungus, dry it of and apply canestine cream. That way you are hitting the fungus with 2 products. A member replied earlier that if you have the skin dissorder diagnosed incorrectly all the antifungal treatment wont cure it if its not fungal. Ivomectin wont work on a fungus.
