The bag looks like a bait bag used when trotting on the rivers,probably for putting nets in so he's mobile and don't have to keep going back to kit?

Maybe wrong but that's my best guess.

I do same but stuff the poachers pocket on me jacket,I got one of them bags,may give that a try.

I use a jack p***y gun dog training vest, brilliant piece of kit fits plenty of nets in the back and loads of pockets in the front for locator box, knives ect
