What would you say on to much breeding a dog and diferent traits showing in the breed i like lurcher to lurcher breeding but i no a few who like 3/4 bred dogs what do u reckon

the more breeds you put in a dog you a getting mongrels, some of the crosses you will get 21 tts same litter 28 tts all range of colours, rough coat, smooth coat different traits and work qualities its like a bran tub lucky dip stick your hand in and see what you pull out.

Desertbred you was moaning the other day for Someone bragging about the number of hares they were catching in an outing and made a point of saying it was about sport and feeding the family having a good time bla bla bla which I agree with them today your pulling lads down who are enjoying there sport what's it matter hare fox rabbit deer dog there all worthy animals far more worthy than any lap dog maybe these lads can't be arsed with the hassle that goes with the hares and to be honest I wouldn't blame them

I made a comment that more breeds introduced it mongralises the dog do you want to argue about that< as for the sport that lads do that is for them and my opinion is my opinion so what are you bleating about. I certainly think you need to shake your head and read again what I posted I personally I don't lamp but have no problem with lads that do I run anything else that suits me not just some game so you are again wrong in your assumption

to get a lurcher pures need to be there be they greyhound , saluki, deerhound, or any other sighthound crossed with either collie, whippet, Wheaton , irish terrier or anything else but the pure has to be there to put the speed in the first place.

Seemed sarcastic the way you put it thought you was having a dig the point I was trying to make was you was saying it was about enjoying your self and getting some sport the other day and then today seemed like you was taking the piss out of these lads for doing just that as if they were second class because they quarry was rabbit but if I've miss understood then I apologize bleat over lol
