graham01 1 Posted October 24, 2007 Report Share Posted October 24, 2007 Let him catch what he can mate to get his confidence no matter what.They can be a bit fidly to get entered the males,if he is more interested in feather then let him at it and hopefully the confidence will flow and he will take anything.Feed him on rabbit carcases and drag a dead bunny for him to hit.Some males have an apparent dislike for fur though and will only take rabbit occasionaly if so nowt you can do Quote Link to post

SeanTheHawker 0 Posted October 26, 2007 Report Share Posted October 26, 2007 robbie where in the country are you? give him plenty of fed ups, and from warm rabbits if possible, maybe caught by a friends bird not much earlier? also on days when your not flying, through a rabbit head into his avairy, it will keep him contented for hours, help him associate it with food, and could encourage him to go for head holds, when he does go to strike at the rabbits.
