Not a seasoned dog yet could be a late maturer a guy a go with has worked russells forty yrs he swears theyre second season dogs if he shows good signs at times id sit him till end of the season try him again theres plenty time yet for a young dog stick with it

this another reason why russells are shite!!! this kind of chat.... a pup from the right line of workers has to be held BACK!! not encouraged.... lol

I had a terrier that was inconsistent at 18 months by 2 1/2 he was much better.

 

at 18 months he can only be a first season dog ,if he genuinely hasn't walked ,he's not necessarily a failure yet in my book.

Its not often I post but that's the best I ever heard dogs get lazy I have dogs in my back and if they weren't after bein out for a while its of there heads they go and what I meant is 170 for a dog that failed the 1 thing it was bred for seems a lot it don't work like that down south ireland
