A shooting syndicate asked me to "squirrel bash" for them so Wednesday I sat up near a feeder where lots of greys had been seen. I shot eight without moving from that same spot yet not one of them seemed interested in the grain or whatever is in the feeder. Now, with it being first thing in the morning I thought this stuff would be high on the list for breakfast yet not one of them seemed interested in it. I think there must have been a lot of natural stuff on the ground that attracted them as I'm sure it wasn't the pheasant feed. I know this, limiting my shooting to 40 yards there were so many that lived to feed another day, honestly, scores of the things covering the entire woods. Forget the feed, what these things are doing to the woods is criminal. Quote Link to post
