A lot brighter n whiter light just hold it to your jacket a few sec before u lamp to warm it up and better for battery I use a 50w hid n lasts more than a full night lampin using 2 green lights off a 14amp lithium

I've struggled to get used to the hid light, it's a lot brighter too bright in my opinion and like the others have said very white. I going to stay with standard lamps myself
