what was they like on the bigger stuff mate must of done u ok to work 4 out of same line very interested in this cross always had bullgreyounds but a lad i used to hunt with ran a deerhound cross in the 90s demond on teeth

What were they like sailor? Were they purely deer and grey or was there other blood in there too? I'm guessing you must have liked them or you wouldn't have had four.

I've got a young deer grey bitch from a line started years ago in Ireland with some of Bills breeding in it. She's 18 months now. Done alright on rabbit and hare and I'm just starting her on fox.

not sure about his but a geniune deerhound x greyhound is a fantastic,honest and loyal worker.pre ban they were the best of the best at the bigger stuff and on the smaller quarry they certainly put in a good job too.

There is a litter on pets4 homes 250 quid . Run a doxhope knights errant xs dog honest dog but no world beater my hate runs a rockenhart dog and he is very good dog

Not sure on price mate you would have to contact him I know he only breeds when he wants a pup so might not have a litter planned

ok gaffer cheers for the information at least he isnt just breeding them for the money lost a young bullgreyhound tuesday night had to have him pts gutted just thinking of one of these crosses for my next dog

His old stud dogs are dead now he using Wallace theses day...but mine were bang on first deers they saw were fallow deer...and great on stuff that bite back...can run them all night long

Deerhound cross is the best cross for covering rough terrain,on rough ground they make fast dogs look clumsy,had the chance over the years to see some very good Deerhound cross work all the big stuff .

shame that mate lost one of my dhx's a few years back not nice at all i don't think you will go wrong if trev has a litter tbh and he is a genuine bloke
