Joe1888 672
Thinking of buying this to teach myself how to weld http://www.amazon.co.uk/Combination-Smooth-Welder-Accessory-Wheels/dp/B00CLPOTV8/ref=sr_1_3/276-0681061-7136302?ie=UTF8&qid=1413567872&sr=8-3&keywords=mig+welder I know it wont be the best, cant afford to spend anymore. It will be used mostly to weld cars, good enough to learn/ start off with? If you know fo any better for similar price, please share.

norseman 424
best bet for a mig would be an auction i think, where companies go bust and sell off the tools ect. you should get something local. i take it it has to be 240v? jefferson do good small mig machines but im not sure if it they sell in scotland.
