I've put this pic up before... We called her a mongrel collie but her shape, if you looked hard enough, showed sommat a bit more racy... She caught rabbits for fun, day in day out without any encouragement and most days it was either an embarrassment or a pain in the arse...

Oh yer, thats me on 'your' left...

That was the No.2 bowl from Jack Gunyon, 'The Yankee Clipper'.... One of them good 'ol fashioned 'limping' Barbers, where the blokes were all asked 'something for the weekend' and us kids got a toffee apple (that was manky as feck inside!). :laugh:

Any pics of lurchers that you wouldn't be able to tell they had sighthound blood by looking at them but handy all rounders.

 

 

This is Bruce,...we bred him, then gifted him,...maybe should have kept him..... :thumbs:

this dog is the spit ov the sire to my old bitch he was a 3/4 gray 1/4 beaddie collie cracking dog he was
