I didn't know or see the WITH TICKET sign. Anyway I did go get a ticket of somebody from around the same time. The times work out. They have covered themselves by including that the ticket should be displayed properly though. I had this idea that would say I had to go back to the car and wind had blown the ticket of the dash without me seeing and dropped out of sight. Its not going to work is it.?
