You've f****d it now Tomo, a crack squad of alluha akbars are gonna kidnap you and force you to come up with more of those diamond terror plots mate!   Just ask if you can trade your 79 virgins in t

I'm in torremolnos just now FFs that'll be the next thing can't go no place these days with out something happening to me lol

The nurse in spain is apparently deteriorating now aswell, only a matter of time before there are cases in britain, there is so much disinformation being spread, something doesn't seem quite right with it. The official deaths in africa where they say it is out of control is less than 4000, either that is a massive under estimate or they are lying in my opinion, there are over 40 commercial flights from africa every week, thousands and thousands of potential carriers coming in, that they won't stop.

You would think being on this little isolated island we would be safe as houses...

But with open borders and a help the world mind set unfortunately not..

I truly feel sorry for anyone's suffering anywhere, but why put our country at risk as well, I just don't know!!

I've heard that 7 out of 10 cases are not even reported. So that 4'000 is probably closer to 13'500 deaths. Don't forget the villages and the alike that get wiped out. We don't hear about them.

Got a friend in the US that said he's heard absolutely nothing about Ebola in the US!!! My email asking how he was and whether he was visiting family or still in Dallas threw him off. Absolutely nothing at all in the news over there. Until I directed him to the Washington Post the other day. It might have been on the website, but it wasn't in the newspaper itself. It wasn't until VERY recently that it appeared on the news at all.

Hospitals ‘gearing up’ for unlikely case of UK Ebola outbreak...The Guardian.

Ebola 'likely to arrive in UK' as pressure builds on Government to introduce airport screening...The Independent.

Anyone think we're being misled by certain newspapers?

They are now saying the three main African countries where outbreak is at its worst need a lot of help,

They have not enough doctors, hospitals etc, but these countries have been receiving foreign aid for years, which as quick as it went in, was out again to a Swiss Bank, as corruption has been rife, never appears to change.

if this kills off our specialists in the field of dealing with these outbreaks then we will be in a pickle. why send them to Africa when it is most likely they will be needed here. some are estimating this will decimate west and north Africa.

I keep seeing NHS spokes people saying "we have the best health service in the world (yea right) we can cope with an outbreak" well i remember the Spanish flu outbreak 16 years back, i got it myself and ended up with a dose of pneumonia, the doc came out to me and he said i should be in hospital but they didn't have any spare beds, and the doctors were dropping like flies themselves, and we had antibiotics that worked well on that, what's the chances of them coping with ebola with no effective drugs, not to mention the NHS cuts since then, were f****d if it happens imo.

It amazes me the flights are still allowed to continue. Surely the first rule of minimising disease spread is to stop potential carriers moving from country to country? Madness. It's also madness sending our troops out there. There is no way they will all stay ebola free and are likely to bring it home.

The government sticking their noses in once more is putting us all at risk

Send aid by air and let them get on with it.
