Last nights catch

Went out with the Gill Net last night to check if the Sea Trout run is on,, as you can see in the picture only four Trout and four Mullet Gilled in the meshes,, who knows what the next tide may yield?

I havent had mullet netrigger,but used to live on the banks of one of englands best sea-trout rivers,and the urge to net a water never really leaves you Estuary catch?

The net in the picture is worked on the Beech,, i prefer to work Trammels for River Netting..

Hello some nice catches seatrout run is AUGUST/SEPTEMBER the best with a bit water in them months help too for them to run.
