russ2012 328
they need to prove any wrong doing so if there old scars id have to agree with above and tell them f**k off and remember they need a warrant to go any where near your dogs and they have to be escorted by police and id be checking the warrant very carefully aswel if they were to come with one Quote Link to post
digdeeper 278
Legitimate fox control for protection of gamebirds its not a crime.tell them mind there own business if they persist let a mate have dog for few weeks tell them you gave it away. All the money wasted pestering good honest lads wanna stop the immigrants taking over before they worry about a genuine working lads dogs atb dd. 2 Quote Link to post

back fill 23
It wasn't the rspca it was the animal welfare from the council Quote Link to post
neil cooney 10,416
It's all well and good saying "tell them to f**k off" or "You have rights" but this man is in Northern Ireland where the authorities are very anti terrierwork whether it's legal or not. One of the little Hitlers that's over the USPCA is well known for telling lies and setting folk up so they can confiscate their dogs and kill them. To put your mind at ease (and your wife's) get your terrier to the vet and have it checked over and get something on paper that say's your terrier if healthy and the scars are old. Never, ever think you'll always win against the lies that the USPCA will tell. They want EVERY working dog dead. 4 Quote Link to post
neil cooney 10,416
OK, I was writing my post as you wrote that it wasn't the RSPCA. The local authorities will still need to bring in the police if they suspect there's an animal cruelty case. Quote Link to post
