All the door-knocking with no result can get you down after a while. I haven't tried for any new land for quite a while now. The last new land I got was when I went to see a guy I already shoot for and he asked me if i could shoot the 2 fields over the road as well. That was at the beginning of the year. Then when you aren't even trying a phone call can make your day. To cut a long story short, I now have a 220 acre golf course to shoot on with use of a buggy! Oh..go on then. Happy days.
