Hi Shreko,

Give trading standards a ring, (your local TS can be found easily on the internet). Briefly explain what has gone on and they will advise you accordingly;

Take my word for it, the ball rolls a lot easier with TS involved and shops or large companies suddenly listen - once told TS has been informed and are advising you on the matter.

Nice one mark head would have gone if id have gone to the shop, ive traded the hw in now its gone, thanks to yourself and everyone for the help and replies.

a freind of mine recently told me he also had a similar problem with keens

I`m sad to hear this mate, the HW 100`s are untouchable in my humble opinion.

I hope HW read posts like this and act .

What rifle have you chosen mate ?

It sounds like the shop is at fault not HW

Washed my hands with this shop will never use the place again on the other note got myself a rapid mk2 .177 with a custom thumbhole stock acurate aint the word well happy with this one a beut

Rapid mk 2 in .177 cal - very good rifle mate.
