Recommended Posts

I have had my ultra for about 4 years now and touch wood nothing has gone wrong with it .

After about 6 months of owing the gun ,I sent it to XTX AIR (Darrin) to have a regged and felted and what a gun it is now .

I use this about 4 times a week and that's nearly every week as well ,so dame accurate for a cheap pcp and like I said before it will match any top price gaystate pellet for pellet any day of the week

Wow thanks guys, what a great forum! Thank you all for not mocking me because I'm a newbie :) I'll have a deep think about everything you've said. Interestingly, nobody can say a bad word about the HW100.

I thought I'd refrain from mentioning I had one too.....and just let you see the top 10 anyhow!

The 100 full length will give you more shots per fill than pretty much any other PCP with the factory bottle on. 120+ in .177

Its something to think about though, if you are target shooting, I wouldn't go something like an Ultra as you will need to fill every 40 shots or so. If it is just targets, you will find PCP will be TOO EASY and you will get sick of filling it. If all you want to do is shoot targets, get a springer, more of a challenge and you will improve your shooting no end! If not, a PCP with a very high shot count would be my choice.

very good advice that man. i had this discussion with a mate of mine a couple of weeks ago. when you sat with the 100 not missing any target it gets boring. i zero mine up in the garden, can shoot to 50yard in garden, then its saved for bunny bashing. the sfs imp comes out when i want to plink for a while.

by the way, not to hijack the thread but big thanks to the lads on here who told me not to sell the imp to fund the hw100!
