Deer Stalking On Tacked Grazing

Have land on tack whitch have deer on as ive payed for the grazing am I alowed to shoot them as thay are eating my grazing whitch I have payed good mony for

How do I stand legally cheers

You say you have paid for the grazing, not the shooting rights. You still need the permission off the land owner to shoot over his / her land.

depends on whats on your agreement for the land as some says you can some says you cant

As said its down to your agreement , a grazing agreement doesn't usually cover you to shoot deer given you have the correct Fac etc .My wife had a similar problem a few tears back & when she spoke to the farmer he told her " if you don't like the deer move your horses somewhere else " ..helpful sort of man , but his wife liked the deer , end of ..
