MIK 4,763
Got back from Asia last weekend and been looking forward to having a craic at the ducks and geese....first bit of wind yesterday so loaded up and headed out onto the mud the tide was dropping but the westerly wind was also dropping off ...got out onto the mud there were about 100 canadas that just swam around in front of me and a few pinks took off...set up some goose deeks on a patch of grass and some duck deeks in the water ......hundreds of small skenes of 30-50 pinks were constantly flying down the coast ...new pinks heading for Montrose basin there must be around 15000 in now with skenes constantly coming in daily . Ended up with 3 teal a mallard and 2 pinks .
