Woodgas away for a week so it not get posted till Monday just a heads up

It arrived today mate. Well impressed with speed of postage. Only problem, I'd rather it arrived on Monday, because now I'm holding this DVD that will answer so many questions I have, but I can't use it. REALLY frustrating. It's like holding a chocolate bar you're not allowed to eat.

 

To be fair, I'm much more impressed with the shipping and the extra literature provided in the package.

The mother in law has let me use her DVD player for a bit. That was good. Still got a lot more to watch, I think. Woodga was collecting rabbits, then the wife came in and I had to turn it off.

 

Can't wait to be in work and watching the rest of it!!!

All for rats. So I'm going 2 strand and smaller loop size.

 

I'll practice a lot and try to get it into a fine art like Woodga has, then I'll make some posts on here about what's working and what's not, then I'll listen to what everyone's saying and practice some more with the modifications I've been told about.

 

I think Saturday night will be the proper trial session. Just need to remember my snares this time!

It's cool. The idea of catching quarry while you lay in bed.

 

My plan is to go and shoot as much as possible to make as big a dent in the rat population, but then to set the snares and traps for the gun shy ones.

For your sanity, aswell as your confidence, i would snare when the numbers are high, a lot higher chance of a catch then, trust me on this one, i learnt to snare where there was only a handfull of rabbits, was frustrating at times, but i got there in the end
