Squirrel_Basher 17,100 Posted October 22, 2007 Report Share Posted October 22, 2007 Fry them as you would mushrooms ,in butter .As said before DO NOT eat when open as they build up toxins at this stage .They look a lot like mushrooms but are bigger and flatter and more feathered on top when open .
