lukey 1,621
FFS riots? Wouldn't like to see any of you's stuck in the middle of a riot if that's what you's think Friday night was lol I've seen bigger gang fights in the city centre!
WILF 47,679
Salmond is like every other politician "in power"......an egotistical prat who put his own dream of glory before the true interests of his country. Nothing more, nothing less !! Wilf no being funny mate but how did he put his own dream of glory infront of the true interests of his country? Because as far as I can remember there was over 1.6 million scots who voted yes, not ONE which was salmond, and I'll tell you this mate see if they hadn't lied with false promises, lies with false threats and don't even get me started on corruption, Scotland would have been free today, and I think its have a lot of Scottish people a kick up the arse to get on and pursue their dreams. Salmond did t divide the country he gave us a choice the minority divided the country. NEARLY HALF of Scotland votes YES, that shows me the dreams of a whole lot more than salmond. The vote could have went anyway and if the pensioners didn't think they were going to lose their pension I think we would have done it. No point throwing insults at salmond for dreaming to live in a free independent scotland in charge of our own affairs, throw insults at the 45.Grant, simple question mate......how the hell would you have been in charge of your own affairs without your own currency and your own central bank? It's not a trick question matey Neither is the 1 I asked you wilf matey. The old pound that's not ours argument wilf? That's as old as the campaign we've heard it throughout the campaign its what the no thanks campaign based there campaign on near enough. we heard it week in week out there's was 3 options scotland had as far as currency went I take it if your asking me that question you've already Red up on it all? So let's save ourselves several essays throwing it back and foreward because we both know scotland would have survived. I didn't ask if you would survive, I asked how you are claiming you would be indipendant when you don't control your own currency As I said, not a trick question
WILF 47,679
I just believe Scottish people should make Scottish decisions and should be in charge of their full intake and money natters. The same way I believe England should do the same. No you don't !!.......you said you thought Salmonds proposal was the right one and that would have meant having your currency and interest rates (in other words your financial system) controlled in England!! Malt 379
Grant mate you had some cracking posts there but yer banging yer heed against a brick wall. People see what the want to see, read what they want to read and listen to what they want to hear. We will see what happens in the near future.Just like you mate.. you not considered that you maybe had all that work come through on the fencing in recent years because of the strength of the UK economy recovering after one of the worst GLOBAL financial meltdowns the world has ever seen? Many Scotland sized countries are still struggling. These are the important things mate, how much is it going to cost to run a car, how much am I going to have to pay to have a pint etc. The global markets WILL crash again at some point in our lifetimes and the bigger and more powerful your economy the better placed you'll be to recover from it.
