Nice one Vin great day all round

How embarrising for the other chap tho . . . . A keeper, whose got his own lurchers, giving rabbiting permission away

His loss your gain :boogie:

It wasn't really like that Breeze to be honest... the fella hasn't got time to go having fun doing rabbits...lol. He went out on sunday and did 60 with his ferrets..but that's just a day off for them that have to work the land..lol. . . And the lurchers are mainly for pest control of the red fellas.

But your right..If he don't wanna do it... We Will. :boogy:

great stuff mate. sounds like a promising start for the young ferrets lets hope they continue the good work and turn out how you want them to. you will be needing to find another full time ferreter to help you and Tomo out lol

the Gripton Kit has been the star of my pack of kits so far mate. . . The other 2 are still on trial. .they've bolted a few,but that don't mean nowt.

I'm only keeping the best of the best this season. . . its amazing how some just are naturals and some are slow as foook. . .and many are just completely shite.

Another Beautiful Day up there yesterday... I got a bit of a tan whilst having a great day with 2 dogs and ferrets,

I also took my mates lad, Brad with me to help out with the carrying of supplies...lol. . .He had one bolt on a banking and hit him in the chest at about 30MPH heheheee..funny as foook it was..he tried to catch it but failed in the confusion,, Molly didn't miss it and nailed it before it hit the floor...lol. . she also caught a belting mid air flying bunny later in the day that would have made an amazing bit of video footage.

The kits were ok but not fantastic... still a bit young really..but one of them has shone brightly so far.. he bolted a good few yesterday and sank his teeth into a couple.

young Doris was catching very well and again put Molly to shame on a few runs..She,s hunting up well and working the reed beds and sedge grass and pointing like a gundog.

We only used nets for 1st 10 bunnies then went comando rest of day and it was Spectacular .. Doris was catching them in between the holes when they didn't want to make a run for it..lol.
