Homeless Guy

Non indegenous Tramps are possibly cocking this thread up. At the risk of sounding a twat..i met a fella down on his luck a few yrs ago down me local golf club fairway, he appeared behind me with two medium sized mongrel type dogs in tow. One of mine was a lively pup and i apologised for him and got chatting, he was a grammar school kid from hyde, his olde fella had maced him regular favouring the older brother, he'd got off and got a job and his first terraced house on his jacks, met a local bird and she'd rinsed him rotten, sat in his empty house with two dogs and a sinking head. He was'nt savvy at all to the femmes and after his olde fella he was loseing faith in human nature eventually the job went west and so did the house. The dogs...they were staying with him, he could'nt get an abode because of them so he slept ruff with em. I liked his dogs and his inter-action with em, so over the course of a month i introduced meself properly to him and educated him to the different worlds of hyde grammar schools and inner city bints with big impressive knockers, he got it...first time. A yr later i passed a fella with no top on down me canal and looked back at his dogs, it was the grammar kid (i'd not made eye contact) he'd put weight on was clean shaven and told me he had a job down the Asda stacking shelves but one of the gaffers had spotted he had something about him and he was soon to move to whateva the next level was, he had a flat and laffed with me when i mentioned his next move was a nice bird and some roast potatoes ('well actually'.. he said before i interjected) I felt like a saint watching him strutt off in the sun, though i spotted a chapter of life i'd missed first time around and whistled him..'put your top on and stop walking like that, you'll pay a lot of money for one of them walks'..'your funny you Trim' he shouted like it was news. He works in the optical section of Asda now, shit suit but nice knott in his tie, nice dogs, nice fella.

Homeless shelters are very violent places.

I'd hazard a guess there's more shysters begging than genuine, claiming to be homeless.

Whilst I don't give to any of them, I would if I knew them to be genuine, unfortunately I haven't got the time or inclination to find out how they got into their predicament, so sadly the genuinely needy lose out because of the shysters, which sadly is usually the case.

Had to go to Glasgow on business recently and walked down Sauchiehall street, there was a foreign beggar every thirty yards, begs the question (no pun intended) how did they afford to get here ?. I then watched two Scottish (pissed) fighting over a lucrative pitch outside central station.

I 'd actually have more respect and be inclined to think someone was genuine if they lived rough in the woods and bothered nobody, asking for nothing, they're the ones I would give to.

My brothers best mate from school, cracking bloke, good family, went off the rails over a relationship ending. In the boozer a bit too often, caused a downward spiral that, within a few months, seen him on the streets.

He found himself on a park bench one night, over on the Wirral, when some kids decided, for a laugh, to pour petrol on him and set him alight... He was saved by a passerby but suffered 95% burns, with only his feet in shoes saving him from 100%.

He's now rebuilding his life, with good people around him and doing ok.

I know plenty about bad luck. But my motto is you can mope about feeling all sorry and depressed, or you get up of your ass and do something about it, and I know about PTSD and that's what I ment by people not right in the head. They need professional help, a person living homeless for years is a moper otherwise they would have changed it, unless a natural disaster or circumstances dictates otherwise.

" they need professional help " you say.................i agree.

What they dont need is some gutless small minded f****n idiot walking past giving them a sly dig " because they can "

Bullying is what most folk call it and nobody likes a bully.

all this from fire crackers lolol. From abuse to bullying, every homeless person I've met have been alkes , junkies , foreign invaders scrounging outside banks or shops, and after seeing them getting money they only went and bought more booze, the Romanian please sir no money, and I said have you got no money? To which they reply no then I said how did you afford to get here then? They just grin, says it all really. Never mind the house she was getting of the dole which she was subletting to her own for 100 quid a week per room which they trashed when they got found out.

So what are you then the urban cardboard box police ?.....what business is it of yours why someone has no money if you was to get a smack round the chops for being a saucy c**t youd probably jump all over them wouldnt you but whos in the right and whos in the wrong !!........with an attitude like yours maybe you should worry more about your own survival than other peoples ;)

FLMAO "saucy cnut" lol lol Sp to summerise; beat the shit out of him but no fire crackers, don't give him any money but do buy him a cup of tea and a bacon buttie, sit down with him and have a chinwag about his THL approved solar/battery set up PMSL
