log on the iff pick which section you want it should say show threads click on that their should be a list pops up saying one day or beginning click beginning then show threads hope that helps atb aidy

I think you have to introduce yourself on the iff now, but its not as good as it used to be, a lot of folk have gone to facebook like already mentioned
