Castrating A Hob

Recommended Posts

I have two hobs and a jill, One of the hobs has become such a bully to the other two that I have had to separate them.

Only thing is it means the pen is divided and the bullying little shit is miserable on his own.

Has anybody had an older hob castrated and if so did it change the personality of the ferret as in how it interacted with other ferrets?

By the way he is fine with me.

i have a pari of castrates males here which live ok together, but it took months to get them to be relaxed and comfortable together, they were both adults when castrated. we still have a few strugles at feed time unless i split them up to eat.
