I love a drop of whisky. I buy a bottle of single malt as soon as the last one has run out, and whichever is on offer at the supermarket, i intend to try them all eventually!

My favourite so far, by an absolute mile, is Old Pulteney. Its SOOOOO good. STRONGLY recommended.

Trappa i enjoyed old pulteney also what one was it you tried? Me the 12 year old but i enjoyed the glenlivit 12 better but only just.

It was the 12 yr old Old Pulteney bracken boy, i only buy from the supermarket and thats all they have but to be honest i dont think my palate would appreciate anything older , im not an expert, just someone who enjoys whisky. Actually i think we have had this conversation before a while back mate.

Ive tried most of the "glen" whiskies and i think they are a little hyped up tbh, think they are living on their name. Then again, ive tried most of the "glen" whiskies in the pub so probably were too drunk to fully appreciate.

At the moment Old Pulteney has it for me by a mile but im still looking and testing others..........what a hard life. LMAO
