everywhere round here is totally dry of fuel, even the agricultural depo that sells red is closed... is there any left in the country? lets hope its sorted for weekend as i got plenty of travelling to do....any fuel out there?

BBC said there was no shortage in London this morning it was all in the mind or somthing like that.

Funny how some parts are dryer than others or is it that people in the south east panic less?

Yeah, same kind of story here. People have queued for miles (literally) to get to a dry garage (by the time they hit the front of the line)... Stewards working on most forecourts, especially the larger chains and supermarkets.

 

On the other hand, I hardly knew there WAS a fuel crisis (read: "Self inflicted shortage due to panic buying in case there's a shortage = self fulfilling prophecy!). I have a full tank - 15.5 gallons/70 litres - of biodiesel and plenty more where that came from at 80p a litre

 

Who needs queues?! Suckers
